This warm, casual café bistro and convenience store is the first stage of a refurbishment and redevelopment of the local Whistlestop Hotel site. A site that is over 100 years old and steeped in local culture, this development breathes new life into the area while respecting its history.
Since completion the Baringo Food & Wine Co. have become a central part of New Gisborne’s social life. Providing gourmet grocery goods, excellent cafe food and stunning bistro food, including a ‘Trust the Chef’ every Tuesday night.
